What does peak performance look like for you?

Peak performance, for me, isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters. It’s when your behaviour, biology and values line up, and you’re operating from intention rather than reactivity. It looks like clarity, consistency and the capacity to course-correct instead of spiralling. It’s practical, measurable and sustainable — not burnout dressed up as ambition.

What’s one small ritual or practice that keeps you centred?

I move my body every single day, in some small or large way.
What that looks like depends on my energy and circumstances. Sometimes it's heavy lifting and dynamic movement; other times it's gentle stretching or a walk in nature. But the movement itself is non-negotiable.
