Who are EE programs for?
Leaders, business owners, and teams who know something needs to change but can't get it to stick.
Whether you need solid ground or you're ready for the next level — if the same problems keep showing up, this is where you start.
What outcomes can we expect?
Better decisions under pressure. Clearer thinking. More consistent performance — in yourself, your team, and your business. You leave with real skills and practical systems that hold long after the program ends.
How much does it cost?
Each program is bespoke, so costs are shaped by your goals and requirements. Contact us to receive a tailored quote.
Where are programs held?
Our 1:1 training can be undertaken online, in-person or via the phone.
Retreats are hosted in and around Noosa, QLD.
Are these programs eligible for tax deductions or rebates?
In many cases, yes. Leadership training, executive coaching, and professional development programs may be tax-deductible for businesses when they directly relate to improving workplace skills, leadership capability, or employee wellbeing. Eligibility varies by organisation and structure, so we recommend seeking advice from your finance team or accountant. We can supply invoices and program details to support claims.
How long is the program?
It depends on what you need — we assess first and build around that.
Retreats are two days. Intensives run two to four weeks. Longer programs run six to twelve months.
As long as it needs to be. No longer.
Can the program be tailored to our team?
Yes. Every retreat is customised to your team’s goals, challenges, and desired outcomes to maximise impact.
What if i want something different?
Sure! Our programs are 100% customised to the individual or business. Not seeing what you are after? Contact us and see how we can tailor a solution to you.
What support is available after the retreat?
Optional follow-up coaching and team check-ins are available to ensure learnings are embedded and performance improvements are sustained.
Can programs be funded by a third party
Yes. Many organisations fund leadership, wellbeing, and performance programs through external partners, professional development budgets, EAP providers, insurance, or corporate health schemes. We can provide the documentation required to support third-party approval or reimbursement, including program outlines, cost breakdowns, and outcome summaries.
How do programs address stress and resilience?
You learn to regulate stress and your nervous system — not avoid it. Using neuroscience, behavioural science, and performance psychology, the program builds real resilience. How to sit with discomfort, stay clear under pressure, and stop reaching for things that numb it.
