Kristi

Kristi is the Operations Manager at Noosa Confidential, bringing a Bachelor’s degree in Paramedic Science and a background working in high-pressure, time-critical environments. Her clinical training gives her a strong foundation in risk awareness, decision-making and operational precision - skills that directly inform the standard of care and structure behind all NC programs, including our corporate offerings.

Since joining Noosa Confidential in 2015, Kristi has led the day-to-day operational delivery of our services, overseeing staffing, logistics, resource coordination and service quality. She is instrumental in designing and implementing the systems, policies and procedures that ensure every program runs seamlessly, safely and to a high professional standard.
